The COGO provides users with short-term respiratory protection against smoke and Carbon Monoxide (CO) inhalation, and is tested against the following gases: CO, HCl, HCN and Propenal. The COGO mask is certified under the European Standard EN-403, and holds the EU CE mark.

For Industries where Sulphuric gases are present, a variant of this mask, COGO-S, should be used. COGO-S has been tested for high concentrations of H2S and SO2.
